LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

We are seeking nominations for an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the business community. This might be a significant one-off contribution, or a lifetime contribution. Nominees should still be involved in the Eastbourne and district business community.

1. Explain why you believe your nominee should be awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award.
2. Describe what your nominee has achieved to date, giving, where possible, facts and figures as evidence.
3. Describe the most important factors and reasons behind their success.
4. Explain how your nominee contributes to customer relations, giving evidence where possible.
5. Does your nominee put anything back into the local community? If yes, explain how.
