1. Explain why you believe you should be awarded the title of Employer of the Year.
2. Explain what your company does and what it has achieved overall.

   Your company objectives
   How you achieved them
   The problems you encountered
   How you tackled these problems
4. Explain why you are a good employer and explain how this fits in with the company objectives.
5. How do you recruit the right people and how do you keep them motivated?
6. How do you monitor their feelings and how do you retain good staff?
7. Are there any problems you have been unable to solve?
8. How does your business add value to the local community?
