EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR

We are seeking nominations for an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the business community. This might be a significant one-off contribution, or a lifetime contribution. Nominees should still be involved in the Eastbourne and district business community.

1. Explain what your company does and what it has achieved overall.
2. Describe your company objectives and the role your team plays in helping to achieve
   them.
3. Name and job title of your nominated employee? How long has he/she been with your company?
4. Explain why your member of staff should be awarded the title of Employee of the Year.
5. Describe what your employee has achieved to date, giving, where possible, facts and figures as evidence.
6. Describe the most important factors and reasons behind his/her success.
7. Explain how your employee contributes to customer relations, giving evidence where possible.
8. What do you do to ensure you have a happy team of employees?
